FAQ

What if I’m not clear about my goal?
I will work with you to help you identify and define your goal. My talents lie in guiding people towards knowing what they want and what will work for them. We will usually do this during the assessment session, however during further sessions your goal might change and evolve, and this is perfectly normal! Most importantly, I will make sure we are moving in the right direction for you, and that’s all what matters.

I don’t know what I want to change to improve my life.
This is very normal, and is something we’ll work on during our sessions. It might mean that you’re not clear about you purpose in life, or you don’t have something that you are passionate about. It could also mean that you haven’t been giving yourself the time to evaluate the different aspects of your life. Whatever it means, I’ll guide you in exploring, discovering and learning different ways of improving your life in a way that is most meaningful to you.

How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s journey is unique depending on your personality, your goal and your circumstances. With most clients the process will take six to twelve sessions, however in some cases it can be as little as three. The specific timeframe will be explored during the initial consultation and assessment sessions.

How do I know if I’m ready to start life coaching now?
All you need to have is a true desire to change and a commitment to reaching your goal. Have those two ready and leave the rest to me!

How much do the sessions cost?
  • Initial consultation – Free (Telephone or Skype, 20 minutes)
  • One hour session – Windsor: £65
  • One hour session – London: £70

I can't go to any of the clinics in person. Can I still book sessions with you?
Yes, I also work over skype or telephone. Let me know during the initial consultation or over email and we can discuss the specifics.

How do I choose between Life Coaching, NLP and Hypnotherapy? I don’t know which one will work best for me?
Don’t worry, that’s not something you have to decide on. Each of these approaches are skills in my toolkit, and I will likely use a combination of them to facilitate the best possible journey for you.
